Version 1.9.0 - Release date 1 May 2009

New features in this version include:

  • Forecast stats. This section will allow you to select statistics from a particular week or dates in the past, to roster against for your current week. There are 3 options:
  1. Choose a week: this can be useful if you are coming into Christmas week for example, in which case rostering against statistics from last year’s Christmas week will give you a more accurate roster. You can also add an index to the units sold and sales figures so that you are taking into account your growth since last year.
  2. Or you can use your own predictions by manually entering units sold and sales.
  3. You can even roster against stats from particular days from the historical data. This is particularly useful if you have a public holiday in the week you are rostering or the Easter period.
  • Required Sales - a new kpi option. The ‘Required Sales’ kpi is based on the target that you choose and the wage cost of the roster that you create. The kpi will tell you the sales you would need to make to meet your sales target with the roster costs.
  • Display levels on each shift. The staff level (eg skill ability) will be displayed on the shift of the roster creation screen, this will help you balance your roster.
