“We have implemented the ROSS rostering system in our four Subway restaurants. As a multi-unit owner I have found it very useful in keeping track of staff, availabilities, and most importantly a cost effective way of keeping my wages at an acceptable level. It enables Management to roster according to availability as well as cost, and by adding the data from Sub Shop will also help with productivity. The ROSS system also allows other Managers access to employees from my other restaurants to fill shifts when necessary.
