About Us

Zarloc was founded in 2003 and has been providing IT support on-site and remotely to SA businesses for six years, as well as servicing IT helpdesk support contracts for medical software nationwide.

Zarloc's rostering product the ROSS system resulted from a response to market need, a call from a customer, from which we saw a great opportunity. The request came from a client who owned 5 SUBWAY® restaurants in SA. The major develop phase occurred over 2004 to 2008 including feedback from several SA franchisees as well as 10 managers in New Zealand. The ROSS system was launched in 2008 at the Australasian SUBWAY® convention.

The 2 Directors, CEO Rachael Skinner brings a unique sales and customer focus to the business, while CTO Jake Skinner's inclination to surf the bleeding edge of technology allows Zarloc to utilize new tools ahead of the pack.
